At Ability we are staging a quiet revolution against our industry. Jan Steward’s background is OD consultancy then moving into being a City Search Consultant, Paul's background is high value sales before running large recruitment agencies. We are mixing these worlds to bring what we think is the best of both.

Jan & Paul become business partners because of a passionate belief that, in spite of recruitment being a crowded market, there is room for a new business model that is fairer to the client and candidate. We love what we do, and are proud of the differences we can make to our clients businesses and the changes we can bring to people’s lives but, frankly, sometimes we are horrified by our industry. We agreed, early on, that we only wanted to run a business that was easily differentiated from the crowd.
