Ability Selection Advises Ashridge MBA graduates

Ability Selection was recently invited by Ashridge, a leading international business school to sit as a career advisor on their MBA programme "Head-hunter Panel" along with representatives from other leading Search Selection Consultancies

Following an introduction by Kai Peters CEO of Ashridge the tripartite event started with a presentation during which panellists discussed a broad range of subjects from the characteristics of good business leadership, the qualities required of future executives to the importance of international experience. Following the presentation there was question and answer session when Ashridge under graduates and alumni asked panellists about market and employment trends and search methodology before the participants broke into one to one career advice clinics.
