We won’t make extravagant claims about what we can do for you. We won’t talk about jobs that don’t really exist. We won’t give you a half-baked view of a company before we set up an interview for you. We tell you the truth, we treat you with respect and we won’t send you on a wild goose chase.

And, by the way, we don’t like tepid coffee either.

• We only work in partnership with employers who are equally committed to their people and good recruitment practice.
• We get detailed job specifications and have complete understanding of what the employer needs.
• This means that if we interview you we have a bona fide reason for wanting to meet you. We don’t see people for fun.
• We won’t grab your CV and file it in a bin. Or slip it into a "bodies for sale/future reference" folder.
• We will tell you what is going on during the process. We hate saying NO, but we won’t keep you in the dark about results. We find most candidates want to know.
